Minister: Hemant Soren (Chief Minister)
He directly oversees Home, Disaster Management, Jail, Vigilance, and key administrative departments.

Finance & Planning​

Minister: Radha Krishna Kishore
Handles Finance, Commercial Taxes, Revenue planning, and state economic strategy.

Health, Medical Education & Family Welfare

Minister: Dr. Irfan Ansari
Responsible for hospitals, medical colleges, health schemes, and public health systems.

Education (School + Higher & Technical Education)

Higher & Technical Education: Sudivya Kumar Sonu
Jharkhand’s education administration is split between these two ministers.

Rural Development & Panchayati Raj

Minister: Deepika Pandey Singh
Oversees village development, Panchayat governance, MGNREGA, and rural infrastructure.

Agriculture, Animal Husbandry & Cooperatives

Handles agriculture schemes, irrigation support, livestock, dairy, and cooperative development.
